About

Peyton is the Founder and President of Titan Commercial. He specializes in industrial, land, and development transactions. With vast experience representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers. Peyton has also had success with clients choosing to develop their own facilities.

Starting his commercial real estate journey in 2015, Peyton quickly became a top sales award winner and closed some of his previous firm's largest transactions to date. Peyton holds the prestigious SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) Designation, achieved in 2023, and the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation, earned in 2021.

Peyton and his wife Grace, along with their son, Tiger, and three dogs, reside in Spring Branch, where he is a passionate supporter of Baylor University and Houston sports. When not working he can be found playing basketball or golf.
